- Analyse client business processes and understand their operational requirements.Maintain accurate project and implementation documentation using Odoo ERP.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules according to client needs.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
- Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation.
- Configure workflows, access rights, fields, reports, and system settings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and the technical team to deliver implementation tasks.
- Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training and guidance to end users.
- Support clients during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Identify process gaps and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.
- Follow up on issues and ensure their proper resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo or ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Must Have
- Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
- Experience with UAT, user training, and go-live activities.
- Good understanding of Odoo modules and workflows.
Nice to have
- Odoo certification or relevant Odoo training.
- Experience implementing multiple Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Project, Helpdesk, or POS.
- Odoo certification or relevant Odoo training.
- Experience working across different industries and business models.
